About the 2nd LowInputBreeds Symposium
The second LowInputBreeds Symosium took in Tunisia in May 15 to 18, 2012. It was hosted by the LowInputBreeds project partner INRAT, the National Agricultural Research Institute of Tunisia.
It is organised by the National Institute of Agricultural Research of Tunisia (INRAT), the Pasture and Livestock Agency (OEP-Tunisia) and Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Zaragoza (CIHEAM-IAMZ).
The second LowInputBreeds Symposium took place in the framework of the 14th seminar of the FAO-CIHEAM subnetwork on sheep and goat nutrition, entitled "Feeding and management strategies to improve livestock productivity, welfare and product quality under climate change".
The first LowInputBreeds Symposium took place in Wageningen, The Netherlands, in 2011, organized by the Animal Sciences Grouo of Wageningen University and Research Centre.
