Project structure

The organisational structure comprises the following consortium bodies:

• General assembly
  the ultimate decision-making body of the consortium, with one representative from each of the 21 partner institutions.
• Project board 
  the supervisory body for the execution of the project which reports to and is accountable to the general assembly. It consists of the two project  co-ordinators, all subproject managers and two external specialists.
• Subproject committees
  management groups within the subprojects.
• Coordinator
  acts  the intermediary between the parties and the European Commission.
• Project co-coordination team 
  assists the project board and the coordinator.
